May Weddings in Grand Rapids Michigan Parks
Betsy and Kodi were such a sweet and genuine couple, very authentic. Their kitchsy style fit the day perfectly, and it was fun and different for us to see everything come together! We used blue hydrangea, billy buttons, snapdragons, tulips, spray roses, and garden roses in Betsy's bouquet, and in the centerpieces.

Spring Graduation in Lansing-Blue and White Arrangements
I just dropped off two arrangements for Lansing's Spring 2012 Career Quest graduation this evening. They wanted two tall arrangements with blue and white flowers to correspond with the school's colors. I took the theme "Spring" to heart and created a branch and flower centerpiece with flowers "budding" from the branches. I used a silver mercury vase, manzanita branches, white hydrangea, white mini carnations, and gorgeous blue delphinium.

Michigan Weddings-Black and White
I was importing photos in iPhoto and came across one of our first weddings, I just had to share! It was a gorgeous black and white wedding with a touch of pale pink and a vintage flare before "vintage" was all the rage, the bride's feather and rhinestone head piece was perfect! She carried a gorgeous bouquet of the palest of pink roses wrapped in white satin ribbon. The bridesmaids wore a black ballroom gown and carried ivory roses. The tables were covered in white linens with a black tulle runner (so vintage), white covers and black sashes adorned the chairs. The table arrangements consisted of tri-level cylinder vases with black ribbon around them, two held white hydrangeas, and the third a pillar candle. Simple, classic, beautiful!

Grand Rapids Wedding Coordinating
If you are still looking for a wedding coordinator, we also provide full and partial coordinating on top of floral arranging. In fact we have over 20 years of experience in planning. The below wedding was orchestrated and designed by ele3 Events. The color palette consisted of yellow, white, purple, and crystal and silver/gold metallics throughout. The style was mostly 50's vintage glamour, and the bride's dress was the perfect example of this. Fountain Street Church and St. Cecilia's Music Center were also perfect for the "old" vintage feel, as were the crystal and rhinestone details seen throughout the day. From her dress, to the crystal drops on the bouquets, to the table numbers and cake decor.

Michigan Weddings-Green and White Floral Arrangements
Came across the below lovelies from Bella Vista Flower Merchants. I'm not sure why, but these too are from Australia. Must be I'm in love with the "down under" work!
These bouquets evoke a very natural look using elements from nature such as mint, mushrooms, and bark. The flowers used are white sweetpea, white lisianthus, and roses. I find the bouquet interesting because the stems are wrapped in lamb's ear and then wrapped in material.
