• Any one of our services can incorporate eco-friendly elements, we use vendors local to the event, organic and natural food and materials, and eco-friendly venues and vendors, and we are also increasingly trying to find ways to reduce our carbon footprint

Get To Know You Session(s)

• We meet with you to explore your needs in the event planning process
• We discuss and become comfortable with your individual vision and style
• We help you decide what services you may want to pursue with ele3

Pre Event Planning

• After we have explored your vision and style we will create a unique design or theme for your event and discuss a realistic budget
• Once the budget is in place, our coordinators will research vendors and venues to fit your personal taste
• You will receive an easy to follow and stress-free payment plan and timeline of tasks to do before your event, assuring no last minute worries
• We answer any questions you may have regarding etiquette

Day of Event Coordination

• All the hard work of planning your event is over, and the day has finally arrived, you will get to enjoy your party just as much as your guests that’s why ele3 will be with you from start to finish
• We set-up your décor, and table and place settings
• We pick up and deliver your décor, gifts, flowers, and anything else that we can assist you with
• We answer any questions that your vendors may have and direct them appropriately
• We assist with take down and clean-up

Full Planning Services and Destination Weddings

• Once we get to know you and your unique style, we help you come up with a realistic budget
• We create a design or theme to fit the budget and your personal taste
• After we have explored budget and design we will research venues and vendors or destination locals that fit your style
• We provide you with a timeline for payments and tasks and a travel agent if needed
• We answer any questions you have regarding etiquette
• We coordinate set-up, take down, and clean-up
• We also provide customized services that fit your needs, for example invitation addressing, and party favor assembling

Floral Design and Arrangements

• We meet with you to discuss your vision and budget and for any consultation you may need, from over-the-top centerpieces, to a simple bouquet
• We then create and arrange the design in our studio
• We oversee the delivery and set-up
• Second Time Around: floral pickup and delivery of your arrangements to hospitals, nursing homes, or charity of your choice

Engagement Services

• We meet to understand your unique relationship so that your proposal will be personal and special
• We provide consultation and design ideas for your unique proposal
• We assist you with set-up and the perfect atmosphere

Rentals

• Linens, candle votives, glass centerpieces, garland, topiaries, white lights and more
